    Pinky Promise

Tiro Group was founded in order to shake up recruitment in the Construction & Design sector.

To do that we tasked ourselves with distilling everything that is right about recruitment into one clean service whilst disrupting everything that is outdated and archaic in the industry.

You’ve heard it before? “Passionate about recruitment”? It sounds silly – and more often than not we bet it’s untrue.

Our promise to both you and ourselves is that all of our energy, all of our enthusiasm and all of our time-served expertise goes into everything we do.

Tiro is not just a business to us, it is a chance to make the biggest and most positive impact we possibly can on the lives of those we are able to interact with.

    Leading Edge

The world has changed, and with it our sector – so our tech has evolved too.

We utilise the latest recruitment technology to make sure we are attracting, growing, engaging with and placing the very best candidates in the sector. Our network is continuously growing and we are plugged into the heart of it – a community of construction and design professionals collaborating with insights, opportunities and knowledge.

    Better Together

The work we do is in depth and requires a deep collaboration between both our partnering clients and the candidates we choose to represent. It’s not possible to eliminate all of the potential pitfalls that can occur along the recruitment roadmap, but with careful control and forward thinking we can identify and lessen their impacts. What matters is the care taken, the collaboration and achievement of our shared goal.

Placing a candidate is a celebration of what we’ve achieved together, but it is not where our involvement ends. Through the onboarding process and aftercare we help all parties ensure a long lasting and fulfilling working relationship between employer and new employee, as well as Tiro – your recruitment partner.
