Site Manager

I am working with a London based contractor who is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join their growing team to lead a new build RC frame luxury residential development, circa 20-30 units.

The Job – Site Manager

• All round Site Manager to be the number one on a new build RC Frame development
• Ensuring all builds are produced to a consistently high standard of quality in line with relevant standards and regulations.
• Dealing with any queries during the production cycle promptly and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both parties.
• Initiating all inspections made under the building regulations and liaising with inspectors whilst on site.
• Co-ordinating labour and materials to meet the production programme in place
• Managing all packages from piling through to snagging

Requirements

• Full Driving Licence
• A management position on a new build residential development
• Experience on high end finishes
• Managed jobs from inception to completion.
• Obtain CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Trained.
• Knowledge of health and safety in construction
• Technical knowledge and understanding of building construction methods and installations
